Shankar Rao holds B.E (Electrical Engineering) degree from Gujarat university, Ahmedabad and has over 25 years of experience with multinational companies like Rockwell Automation, Honeywell and Johnson Controls in Industrial and Building Automation systems. His expertise includes automation of business processes through IT, design and development of business strategies, marketing and supplier chain management, building management systems and Carbon foot printing.

Ms. Jhumka Rao holds MCA degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and has over 25 years of experience with reputed multinational companies engaged in IT-ITES processes. She held the global responsibility for all Quality initiatives at ST Microelectronics. Her expertise includes ITES Quality systems and other quality and performance frameworks like CMM/CMMi, CobIT, ITIL, Information Security, COPC.

V K Khanna, holds B.tech(Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT – Delhi and has over 42 years experience with reputed national and multinational companies, such as Whirpool, Haier etc ,in India. His expertise includes factory master plan layouts, production line setups, surface treatment and paint applications and management system Audits.

B S Murthy is a chartered mechanical engineer with over 40 years of experience in plant engineering and maintenance in reputed national and multinational companies like TVS, Rallis and India Pistons engaged in foundry, machine shop and manufacturing operations both ferrous and non -ferrous. His expertise includes – Improvements in manufacture for productivity, quality and cost, TPM and energy conservation.

Mrs. Vasantha Lakshmi holds a Maters degree in English Literature from Bhopal University and has worked in India and abroad in Publishing and Advertising businesses. She is a qualified music therapist and a member of BAMT. Her expertise includes proficiency development in English, Music and Stress management through music and other noninvasive therapies.

R S Shankar holds B. Tech (Hons) degree in Naval Architecture from IIT Kharagpur and is trained in Welding Engineering in Germany. He worked for BVQI and was an empanelled Lead assessor of NABCB till 2013 for accreditation of conformity assessment bodies to ISO 17020, ISO 17021 and ISO17065. His expertise includes first and third party inspections, management systems auditing, CB/IB accreditation assessments, consulting and training.
