Dr. Nigel Croft, Chairman of the ISO Technical Committee 176/ SC2 conducted a training program on the requirements of the New ISO 9001:2015. The Program was organised by NBQP on 19 October at New Delhi as a capacity building initiative.
This new addition lays emphasis on risk and opportunity assessment to manage quality performance effectively through an improved management system which will act as a preventive tool. A new core concept of Risk based thinking runs through out the Standard.
